guns can be tricky, though i've never used a real one before. there's a shooting range around here that you might want to frequent if you're going to pursue marksmanship.

it costs energy, but i need practice if i want it to be less taxing.

Energy... so like running, or swimming. Except it is healing people with a dragon that comes from your brain or something.

coffee and tea help, but caffeine isn't always good for you, either. i'll probably rely on smoothies in the future.

i'm not sure if it'll be as potent as this black sludge my friend makes.

Sometimes, caffeine is the only thing that keeps me going. That, and the possibility of one day rubbing a cat against my face without potential death.

Black sludge? If that is how you describe it, it cannot possibly be good for you.

i understand those things, but cutting back on caffeine is good for your health. cat rubs are different. they can keep going.

it's more like bitter medicine? except coffee.

When you are back, I would enjoy the chance to see if cat therapy can overcome biology.

Oh... coffee so thick it becomes a substance somewhat unknown to man? I am curious, but I also like living.

Scared? I do not scare easily. I only fear one thing and it is not something easily guessed by mortals.

If the sludge could enhance my life... then I would partake of it.

my first guess: the extinction of cats.

it makes you feel invigorated. it's weird. usually, you would think you would die based on how it tastes.

I... never have. I have never exposed myself to culinary risks up until that wing challenge. This would certainly be another feather in the cap of 'dangerous eats'.

personally, i think it's less dangerous than the wing challenge in terms of health. not sure about psyche, though.

i had a friend that kind of felt like death? or maybe he's related to it, but he had his own fears. sometimes it makes me wonder what makes human emotions "human?"

i'll ask my friend to make some for you. i'll try to drop it off before i head back to Magatus.

[ they DID eat food that was probably too spicy for human consumption. so that's almost like Death. ]

What makes human emotions 'human'? The fact that humans feel them. Not to say others cannot but they are intrinsically ours, right?

Perhaps emotions are learned by others by virtue of being near those who are emotional. But I do not want to discount non-humans. You are right. Some of us may not be human...
